We offer a personalized therapy service for companies, focused on improving employees' emotional well-being and productivity, tailored to the specific needs of each organization.
Get a Quote
Team of psychologists led by a Qualified Consultant who ensures the smooth operation of the service.
Team may change to backfill where possible for annual leave or sickness, so the level of input remains unaltered.
Agreements begin from 10 service users, with increments for each 5 residents to the workload.
Traceability and KPIs of the interventions done will be available to management quarterly.
Support includes assessment, intervention, care planning, reporting, In Service Training, and meetings with stakeholders.

Alberto Bonilla

Clinical Psychologist

Dr Alberto Bonilla is a highly qualified Clinical and Occupational Psychologist, accredited in both Spain and the United Kingdom. After earning his degree, he embarked on a diverse career spanning public hospitals, outpatient clinics, and private practice. A pivotal role at an outpatient day-care centre marked a turning point, inspiring him to pursue new opportunities and challenges. Alberto further specialised with an MSc in Neurorehabilitation and an MSc in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience. After obtaining the HCPC Statement of Equivalence to a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy), Alberto continued his career in the UK, culminating in the establishment of his own company.

Highly experienced in high cognitive functioning, she always goes the extra mile to deliver the best care for her patients.

Laura joined Clement in 2024, bringing with her valuable experience supporting autistic adults and individuals with complex needs in a supported living environment. In this role, she developed expertise in Positive Behaviour Support planning, breakaway techniques and specialist communication methods, including Makaton.

Emma is a highly qualified Clinical Psychologist from Spain, holding extensive expertise in Health Psychology. She earned her degree at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where she gained hands-on experience working with patients with acquired brain injuries (ABI) in inpatient settings.
